Ancient Irish Clan March

An interesting March I’ve heard played quite a few times by fiddle players especially. Been trying to find it for a long time and ended up stumbling across it in a Grainger composition.
This version is from “The Petrie Collection Of Irish Music #983”.
Does anyone know the authenticity of the title? As the dots themsleves sound more typically 18th Century rather than “ancient”. I’ve heard it played more of a polka tempo than a march one (hence my categorisation). Would be great to see if anyone knows anything about this tune.
