Who wroie this? Better title?

Does anybody know the provenance of this tune? Who learned it from who and if there is a more accurate title?
No that it matters so much… It’s a wonderful tune!

Still a mystery.

Had a look at the sleeve notes. All they say is that the tune is
“ a jig Sharon [ Shannon ] used to play with Paul O’Shaugnessy” – so not much help there, I’m afraid.

Ive heard this tune with ‘Reeltime - Live it up’ - the second tune in the second set ‘Swaggering jigs’.
I have no clue of what it’s called…..anyone?

Quite different from “O’Shaughnessy’s” in Mike Rafferty’s “300 Tunes” book. Both are grand however.
