Joseph MacDonald’s Jig

The Battlefield Band play this on Home Is Where the Van Is under the title “Joseph MacDonald’s Jig”, and it has four parts, the third and fourth parts being composed by Duncan MacGillivray. They say Joseph MacDonald’s was an 18th century compiler, and that they got the tune from a Piping Times article by Roderick Cannon.
