Unfortunately my web browser has caused the carriage returns to be eaten again. :-( If anyone’s able to sort it out, note the "K: Emaj" half way through!
Anyway, this is a great Amajor/Emajor tune off the Nomos album "Set You Free", by Neil Vallely. Can’t get it out of my head at the moment, so thought I might as well write it down.
Oh yes, the last ‘a’ in "Gluaistean" has an accent on it, but it seems the web server doesn’t understand unicode, so I left it unaccented. ("Gluaisteán" doesn’t look so good…)
how to pronounce "Gluaistean" (if written with correct accents) ?
Glyihsh tchyawn. with the ‘y’ being no more than half pronounced…. a glide.
I would say more like gloo-isschan
Must be named after someone called Elizabeth Carr!
In fact there’s a mate of mine called John Carson who tells people the Gaelic translation of his name is Seán McGluaisteán!
