This is the setting that I play. The flow of the G major and A major work well with this classic Duncan tune.

Just some adjustments to the tune to make it sound more like the original. Long live Brian Finnegan and Flook! I know they disbanded, but hey, they live on in their music and in the spirit of beautiful, cracking’ tunes.

The "original" was by its’ composer Gordon Duncan, not Brian Finnegan and "Flook", as you imply. The first setting posted by "borderpiper" looks closest to "the original" to me.
