This is a great great tune, and whilst it is contained in “Jerry Holland’s Collection of Fiddle Tunes” Jerry credits both JH MacDonald & Dougie MacDonald as the composers. I thought it was one of Jerry’s myself until I looked in the book. Here’s how Jerry has it in his collection complete with the double stops;

Well, I looked at the book wrong, the above should be “JH (aka Jerry Holland) & Dougie MacDonald as joint composers”.
