D mix?

Havent heard the recording but played as written here appears to be in e minor

Could be mistaken, but it feels like a very modern tune to me.

Cillian’s Midnight Dip, X:2

This setting of the tune comes from the "Open The Door For Three" album. On their sleeve notes they call it McDermott’s and say that they got it from CRE4. I couldn’t find the tune in there.

Re: Cillian’s Midnight Dip

This tune is indeed from Breathnach CR4 but it is named “The Pomeroy Fiddler” in my ABC book. The original book was Gan Ainm but the notes attribute it to Michael “the master” McDrrmott so the name McDermott’s seems to be the most common. McDermott was from Pomeroy and Carrigmore.
