The "boys" of Lough Gowna were the members of the Lough Gowna Ceili Band, playing in early 1960s Dublin: Sean Bracken (leader), Paddy O’Brien (accordion), Stella Seaver (piano), Paddy Moloney (pipes), Paddy Treacy (flute), Barney McKenna (banjo), Eoin O’Reilly (fiddle) and Paddy Ban O’Brion (flute).
