Grian Ri reel

This title translates to "Sun King." I transcribed this from Mick McAuley’s album "An Ocean’s Breadth." He plays it in E Major, but it is infinitely easier to play in D instead. As far as I know, this is traditional, but if anyone knows of a composer I would love to be enlightened. Enjoy!

Re: Grian Ri

17 years later - "An Ocean’s Breadth" CD sleeve notes, track one, directly beneath "The Grian Ri", it says "written by M. McAuley". I assume it refers to both reels on the opening track. Both really good compositions.
