This is the third tune in a set of three slip jigs starting with Wigsborough Hunt (Hunting the Hare), followed by the Irish Jig. we particularly enjoy the ‘B’ music. I would appreciate any comments from anyone who has had the interest to play these in the order suggested.
I play this in a set starting with "Hunting the Hare" and ending with Jack-in-the-Green but the middle slip jig is "Up and Down again". The transition from "Hare" to "Up-and-down" is abrupt, but the transition from "Up-and-down" to "Jack" is very smooth.
