This is my effort at transcribing the tune as it appears on the Teada recording. They vary the phrases slightly each time around but I tired to catch the essence here. I found it interesting that they play it in F - not a very common key in Irish Traditional music but a good excuse to get out of the "comfort zone".
Tis by Charlie Lennon, awesome tune! Beautiful setting from the Teada recording =]
typo.. should be "I tried to capture the essence here"
Nice one Avi! Love that tune
Doesn’t Charlie Lennon play it in G?
Ooooh, it’s originally in G? That makes me happy =]
