Does someone know the name of that tune?

I forgot to say it’s a Highland, not a strathspey.

The Fisher’s rant

The version you have, I believe is a Highland - however it was originally a strathspey, and can be found in the ‘Athol Collection’ under the name ‘The Fisher’s rant’. The Athol version is a bit different in places, but it’s the same tune. I believe it may be called the ‘Fisherman’s rant in Ireland.

The Fisher’s Rant, X:2

Well, just to add to the variety, here’s the setting from the Athole Collection as previously mentioned by Ron.
