This is a John Brady composition. On the record of the same name it’s a march so if it hopped tune types I guess it’s getting circulated.

A great and classic march - thanks edl.

I didn’t enter the tune, so Michael Eskin deserves your thanks. I just entered the first comment today to give the composer credit.

Dervish

This is a great tune. Its not mentioned as such but I know it from the album "Spirit" by Dervish. Beautfiful rendition

I know this is on Spirit but does anyone know if they play it in a different key?

Longridge Céilí Band

there’s a clip on the Comhaltas archive from the 1983 album of the same name by the Longridge Céilí Band (led by John Brady). Definitely a march. I picked it up from Charlie Piggott played the same way.

Re: Beauties Of Autumn

Hi, does anyone know if John Brady is still living? And if so, does anyone know how I could contact him? I am just about to post a piano arrangement of this tune on youtube and will credit him, but I would like to publish the arrangement and would like his permission. Cheers in advance, Annette of the Wobbly Whistle
