Deanta plays this in the key of Bflat - even worse (for me).

Funny, I always reckones this one to be in jig time! Great tune, thanks from a rabbit fan.

Jiggy wiv me

This is one of those tunes that straddles the line between jig and hornpipe. In Deanta’s version, at least, there’s a stronger 6-pulse than there is a four… if you were going to annotate their version in 4/4, as is done here, all of those dotted-eighth/sixteenths would really be triplets.

If you consider it a hornpipe, Deanta plays it as literally the slowest hornpipe I have in my music collection. (Or, at least, of the ones labeled ‘hornpipe’ in my iTunes library.)
