Lovely tune there! It gives me this weird feeling when I listen to it. I don’t know what the feeling is, but I’ve felt it before and it rocks!

This tune is Carolan’s, and it is not a waltz, it’s a jig in 6/8. You can find it as No. 176, tunes without titels, page 199, in the book “CAROLAN, The Life Times and Music of an Irish Harper”, 2001 Ossian Publications Ltd.
It is written in dorian mode d, not in e-minor.
