The Repeal of the Union appears on The Best of the Chieftains - I don’t know which album it originally came from. It’s a real piping tune. Those D-E-D groups in bars 1 and 4 of the first part can be played as D-crans, or the E-D can be made into an F#-E-D triplet.
I’ve never come across it under any other name before. There is quite a different tune called The Hen and Her Brood, which I posted in The Session a few months ago.
