Well, she states that after making up the first part, "Sean [McGlynn] lilted the second part on the spot to go with it". So, credits would have to go to both, I suppose.
A great tune anyway, from Liz Carroll’s first Solo CD (1988), with a nice formal structure. She plays it quite fast (~110bpm), but makes a fine slowish reel as well.
In the recorded set, the first upbeat is d instead of A.
