Sorry - here……
Joanie Madden played this tune last time she was out our way, and she said Liz composed this on a button box, of all things, just noodling around while sitting at the top of the stairs in her home.
I think I had read that story somewhere , Will. A perfectly acceptable place to "noodle", and would that all "noodling" should lead to such a good tune.
The Top Of The Stairs, X:3
Just pasted Kenny’s Amaj version. Liz and John Doyle play it in A on the DOuble Play record.
