This reel appears on Alistair Anderson’s Steel Skies and also the Syncopace album. I think he composed it but I’m not 100% sure. There’s a harmony that can be played as a separate tune:

Yes, it is one he composed - it’s the name of a cottage just outside Embleton, on the coast. Cracking reel, and that’s a great harmony.
