Paddy Taylor’s fancy

I was listening to Paddy Taylor’s “Boy In The Gap” recording the other day, and wondered if the 2 unusual slides he plays had been posted. It seems not, so here’s the first, and the 2nd [ which is a real weirdo ] will follow soon. I got the LP direct from “Claddagh” a few years ago for £1.00. The catch was that they didn’t have any album sleeves, so I have no information on the 2 tunes other than the titles. They could be his own compositions, - the title “Taylor’s Fancy” might suggest so - but that’s pure speculation on my part. Any information gratefully received.

a nice set of tunes with an interesting tonal ambiguity / uncertainty in them

Pat Hanley’s No. 1

Originally posted as a duplicate. My transcription of Paddy Taylor’s playing on CD 1, track 8 of "It Was Mighty" before "Pat Hanley’s No. 2" ("The Limerick"). First part is written out twice to show variation.
