Great Paddy Fahey tune, one of the best out there, played by the Kane sisters.
Also on East Galway fluter Sean Moloney’s "Potsticks" CD, played on the wooden Boehm flute.
I know it’s lazy of me but could you tell us which track/album this particular Fahey one is.
I kinda feel they should be cross-referenced in the comments section of the recording otherwise the linkage between Tune name on recording and the listing in the Tune section cannot be made. I feel that the same should apply to Gan Ainm’s that are listed as such on the album sleeve.
Someone help me take off this anorak 🙂
It’s on "Under the Diamond," Liz and Yvonne Kane, track #3. First tune in a set of three. There’s another Fahey reel after it, and then some other tune I’ve yet to learn. ;)
