Yes, well, like a lot of my tunes this one is not what it purports to be (it doesn’t go plonk-plonk- plonk or have enough harmonic content) but it is intended to be played at a hornpipey type of pace (192 bpm, say) and with that sort of tripletty feel.
It was Sheila Sapkota who organised a trip for 37 people to Cape Breton. Good on her.
This tune was written on guitar but seems to transfer ok to instruments tuned in fifths.
