This lovely jig is a Fermanagh tune, penned by Fr. Seamus Quinn. My transcription is based on the playing of London flute player James Carty, who recently released his solo album. I actually heard him playing it on a couple of radio programmes weeks ago. Dublin-born banjo player Eamonn Coyne included a bit different version of it on his solo album some years ago.
Originally recorded as "Tay in the Bog" by the composer himself? Hope someone will supply the transcription of the original version. I’ve just found the tune is also on Sharon Shannon’s "The Diamond Mountain Sessions".
This is done in C on Dog Big and Dog Little where Quinn plays it on box:
X: 1
T: The Tay in the Bog
C: Seamus Quinn
D: Dog Big and Dog Little
M: 6/8
L: 1/8
R: jig
K: Cmaj
