This tune popped up at a session a month ago. It’s got a couple nice surprises.

As far as I am aware, there are no F#s in this tune (as originally conceived).
All the F#s here should be Es.

Yes, I agree DonaldK, with the exceptions of f#s in the triplet runs in bar 7 of each part. All the other f#s should be e’s.

Simon Thoumire’s, X:2

As originally conceived, without the syncopation in the second part. Note also the absence of F# notes.
The Bb note on the fiddle would be slid up with the first finger to the B natural - a wee bluesy reference.
