Who wrote this?

My source is Virgil Colby, who told me the B part should not be repeated. He got it from Jonathan Mormon of Montreal, but he said he didn’t think that Jonathan was the composer. I’d love to find out more about the tune. It sounds like it might have been composed for the bagpipes. Please let me know if there are any errors.

I just wanted to mention that this tune is on a Salty Dog CD titled Four Dog Nights. It is the first track on the CD and then goes into The Beggerman.
