"The Fiddler’s Settle"
Alright, I was being pushed to this. Dow was bullying me over here:
"The Fiddler’s Chair"
Key signature: Gmajor
Submitted on March 5th 2007 by Maryland Highlander, the composer.
Which from distracting me from the baking I was doing at the time lead to me burning my lip. Well, I couldn’t very well call it "The Burnt Lip", but the minorish bit is me feeling sorry for myself. Anyway, this is far enough away from the inspired work of Maryland Highlander, but I bet you that Mr. D shows up and accuses me of plagiarism again. Just before he does, I want you to know ~ Dow had nothing at all to do with this melody ~ Maryland Highlander spurred me on, and not for the first time…
So, Mr. D ~ 😛
"The Fiddler’s Settle" ~ minus the twiddly bits:
K: e minor

Interesting in a good way… brings out the mysterious e minor sounds… and ending the phrases on the c gives it a melancholy feel…
My burnt lips… 😎 I was worried you woudn’t approve MH…
Thanks for the inspiration. I almost named it after you…
