Here’s the same tune but with the parts reversed, which might be why it didn’t turn up in a search:
I respect you Ceolachan, that’s one fact you can be sure. This is one to show you that sometimes, I have a kind of "flash" for tunes that I hear in those 999999-tunes sessions occuring in Brittany. Guys there are not able to tell me the names of everything they play, and I do my best to get the best version during each little time I have. They also improvise quite a lot, what makes the choice difficult for this or that way to play the tune, even on a recording. I’ve finally find that one (posted by me there https://thesession.org/tunes/6103
with, I agree, a very arguable version.
I’d like to erase it, now that the sheets and mid are wrong, but just don’t know how to do.
May everybody believe now that I’m not a frustrated composer who tries to insert his "babes" online, by swearing he heard them here and there. ;).
Yes smw, sorry for that. This is the good one then. You were right for the search. May Jeremy do what he wants about that mess.
That one rolls along nicely…
You have me worried misterZ. I think you need to stop drinking cidre out of a lead-pewter mug… The acids in the cidre and the lead do not make a healthy combination… 😉
you really are a strange man… I’ll stop it if you do the same with acids quite simply! And stop making me take my dictionnary each time you post a comment 😉
that one doesn’t works 😏
😲 ~ Flabbergasted!
Is Michael Joe Kennedy’s a hornpipe or at least played as a hornpipe sometimes?
I can’t imagine it played as a hornpipe.
