Note: I’m not sure that is a strathspey, perhaps it is a march.
Mr Fraser played it rather slowly.

It’s such a cool tune that I wonder no-one has added it to his tunebook. Or maybe am I the only ont that find it nice?

It definitely sounds like a Strathpey

It is a beautiful tune indeed. I add it to my tunebook right now. I´m lucky to have received classes from Alasdair even though I play flute.

playing it an octave lower…very nice there…

I just divided the measures in two and doubled the length of each note to make the A and B parts 16 measures each (8 × 2).

Alaisdair play this strathspey nice and slow, but the midi export with this timing is as if the notes were 1/4 instead of 1/8 matching dancing speed. I might need to edit that setting, reverting.
