“A Country Wedding” ~ D, F or G ~ pick your key

Yes, I know, I had told a few folks I had slides to contribute, well, that’s true, but seeing as there have been several in the last few days I decided to consider that statement made months ago by someone that all the slip jigs in the world were already on site here. Anyway, not sure, but I don’t think this one has been here before, but I have been wrong in the past and guilty of duplication…

If anyone wants a posh name for this little 3-parter I have seen it here:

“A Northern Lass: Traditional Dance Music from North-West England”
compiled and edited by Jamie Knowles
Dave Mallinson Publications, 1995
ISBN: 1-899512-16-0

Page 7: “Arcadian Nuptials” ~ in the key of F Major

~ 2 AGF EDC D2- || ~ the G Major take went missing… 🙂

I guess Jeremy decided the G Major version wasn’t different enough from the D… Here it is for the ‘comments’, and for those of you who might like taking it higher… I’ll give it as it was, so you can understand the ending to the concluding note of the 2nd ending for the D Major version, the D2- || ~
