This recording has been on my Christmas list for a couple of years now, as promised to me by one of our and irrascible members ~ master Dow, alias Mark. He claims to have an authentic signed edition with the actual real sleeve notes and all with it, and a proper case too, not pirated… 😎
I thought I’d remind him by transcribing some tunes from this lovely CD. This is the only Australian-Irish commercial recording I’ve ever heard, but even matched up against all the other half-breed recording from all over the world, and Ireland too ~ this is a sweet one and well deserves your consideration, and bless them for the motivation and dedication involved in it…
Keep up the good works!!!
I’ll fully endose what "Ceolachan" says about that recording.
“Keoghey Keogh” ~ 3rd in their set
