Ten comments

i wrote this a few years ago, and it’s become a moderately popular session tune around here. it’s named after a certain individual who was a "dog" while we were doing a gig in Mumbai, enough said!

hope you enjoy it.

Yup - that is making it big Rog! I saw them playing it in Birnam the other week and they name checked you too.

cool. i haven’t seen blazin’ fiddles in ages - i wonder if they’d give me a free ticket for playing my tune!

I would have thought so - and a free copy of the new album when it is out too, presuming that the tune is on it.

Re: Bombay Dog

Well, it seemed this tune has survived and is still played in sessions in Edinburgh, really fun to play!

Bombay Dog, X:2

Whistle version based on a recording I did in a session in Edinbugh. Play this on a C whistle and you’ll be on the right key.
