“Connie Flemming’s Polka” ~ another transcription can be found here:

"Johnny O’Leary of Sliabh Luachra:
Dance Music from the Cork-Kerry Border"
edited by Terry Moylan
The Lilliput Press, Dublin, 1994

Pages 84 & 85, tune #145: “Connie Flemming’s”

There’s no 1st and 2nd ending with this transcription. The second ending given above is the last 4 bars of the B-part, first time and on the repeat, or, giving some other possibilities:

|: ga ag/a/ | gf ed | B2 B/c/B/A/ | BE ED |
G>F GA | B/c/d ed | e/f/g af | g2 g2 :|

Re: Connie Fleming’s

Hi Ceolachan, I’ve removed the link to JOL’s book because 145 is Connie Fleming’s Slide. (The index is in error) I didn’t track down the polka in the book, but it might be lurking.

Re: Connie Flemming’s in JOL book

It turns out there is a printing error in JOL’s book in the 2nd edition - Tune 145 has Tune 146, Mick Duggan’s slide repeated there. The first edition does indeed have Connie Fleming’s polka as 145. I’ll reinstate the link.
