Composed by fiddler and pianist Josephine Keegan (b. 1935), of Mullaghbawn, south County Armagh, who explains that Barney was a pet name for her daughter, whose delight was watching the TV show “The Flintstones.” (The Keegan Tunes), 2002; pg. 51.
