The Sunbrite

I came up with this tune about three months or so ago, it’s gone through some honing. It changes to Dmix in the B part, I think it gives it some character. The title comes from a now closed bar in the west side of Manhattan. I thought the title fit the tune well.

C: Mad Baloney / Brad Moloney ~? 😏

It has an old-time Americana feel to it…

Never heard that before, what makes you say that?

That’s initially how it struck me on a first listen to your playing of it…

Sorry, I’m a bit insulted. I’m not mad, but a bit bewildered.

~ moving on… 😏

Tunes evolve

Tunes seem to always elvove & this is how I’ve been playing this one lately. I like to pair it with hornpipe setting of "Swinging on the Gate" (in D major)
