I heard a friend play this one and I picked it up.I don’t know where its from, but he said he got it from his father (a Mayo man). I like it; its a light, easy tune and it sounds good.

Johnny, is this the tune the way you picked it up? Because it is exactly the same in O"Neill’s down to the slurs and lone staccato dot. If you learned it differently, I’d love to see that version. Thanks.
Actually, my friend wrote down some "mandolin tabs" for me, and that is what I put down here. As to whether they come from O’Neill’s or not, I can’t say. I own the collection but I can’t read dots. I can ask him if you’d like. But yes, this is how I play it.
