This fine reel was composed by Baltimore Irish box wizard Billy McComiskey, and can heard after “Keogh’s,” another one of his compositions, on the first track of his great recent CD “Outside the Box.” It was named after the daughter of our common friend, flute and whistle player Frank Claudy, who happened to be born the same day the tune was written. Billy says he intended it as a flute tune, but it works very nicely on the B/C.
