‘Composed by Paddy O’Brien: the two hornpipes on track 3 - ‘The Monroe Gardener’ and ‘the Dapper’s Delight’ - and the reels ‘Into the Woods and ‘The Melting Snow’.

triplet doesn’t say which Paddy,though

Well, apart from the issue of the CD company being unable to spell "accordion", that "a-one" website is operating illegally. It seems to be part of the Lismor Group ( - Scottish based, therefore bound by UK and EU law. There is no rundown of pre-purchase conditions of sale, and more importantly, nowhere giving the business name and address - even if you register.
Moreover, you can’t get information using "Whois", because it is privately registered.
Dodgy on all accounts.
Anyway, I can’t get confirmation as to this being a composition of any Paddy O’Brien.

The Monroe Gardener

Having a look at ‘The Definitive Collection of the Music of Paddy O’Brien 1922-1991" (Troon 2009), there is no mention of "The Monroe Gardener" (although "The Dapper’s Delight" IS given as an original PO’B tune)

Monroe Gardener = Shrove Tuesday (Paddy O’Brien)

Acccording to irish tune info
is called Shrove Tuesday in ‘Definitive Collection of the Music of Paddy O’Brien’
and appears as such on Annette Owens, Brenda McCann’s recent Fly By Night CD
